About this run

Couch to 5k split in to 3 levels to support real-life progression and restarts; start with or move through the groups as you feel able. Any payment queries, simply choose the 'cash' option and we can resolve together. To join level 2; you can jog (on and off) for 15 minutes. Aims; tips/practice on running movement, gently build strength and fitness, discover resources in the run-community, consider joining a running club, encouraged to complete a Parkrun. Progress to more jogging than walking.
