About this run

A 2 to 4 mile run for those wanting to get into running, recovering from injury or get back into running in a non-pressured group. There will be a need to work with the group leader and loopback when requested. This group maybe split into 2 smaller groups to allow for differing abilities to have an enjoyable run.
