About this run

A fun session designed to help you work on your 5K endurance and performance. After a 5 minute walk warm up, we'll focus on running for 30 minutes at a conversational pace, before a 5 minute cool down and stretch. We'll use a mix of routes to keep things interesting and help improve strength and general fitness.
