About this run

An outdoor, coach led running session in Forest Row. Following a structured warm-up and running drills, the main session will focus on one specific aspect which will help to improve your aerobic capacity, running technique, speed and overall fitness. The session will finish with a cool down and stretches during which Joe will provide advice and answer any questions that you may have with regards running fitness and nutrition. Please note that at all times there will be strict social distancing measures in place to adhere to the current UK Government guidance for outdoor exercise in England.
