About this run

The return of our popular and successful beginners running group, but run virtually! Our 8 week plan is more gradual than the popular "Couch to 5k" plan, with just 1 walk/jog interval session a week, but supplemented with two 40 minute walks which will help to improve leg strength and aerobic capacity. Each participant will be provided with a weekly plan and the group will get together online at the end of each week to discuss their progress and raise any questions that they may have.
