About this run
An outdoor group fitness session which combines running drills and bodyweight exercises to help improve your strength and speed. This session is suitable for people of all ages (12+) and abilities, regardless of whether you are at the start of your running journey or a seasoned runner. Rest assured that group sessions are provided in a covid-19 secure environment and led by a UK Athletics qualified Coach in Running Fitness. Strict social distancing measures are in place at all of our outdoor sessions and group sizes are limited to 12 people in line with the most up to date guidance issued by England Athletics.
