About this run
A fun, social group to get your week off to a good start led by Claire Henry. Suitable for all levels - for those who are fairly new to running, getting back into it after a break or those looking to keep it going! Join us after the school drop off for a thorough 5 minute warm up, a main session of 30-40 minutes and a 10 minute cool down and stretch. Coffee on the High Street afterwards is always an option!
