About this run

Our 8 week plan is more gradual than the popular "Couch to 5k" plan, with just 1 walk/jog interval session a week, but supplemented with two 40 minute walks which will help to improve leg strength and aerobic capacity. Each participant will be provided with a weekly session plan and the group will get together online at the end of each week to discuss their progress and raise any questions that they may have with running coach Joe Watts. Complete the sessions in your own time, on the days and times which suit you.
