About this run
Following a gentle warm-up, the group will be led on a continuous, conversational-paced run of between 30-40 minutes, covering approximately 5km (3 miles). The session concludes with a gentle jog cool down and stretches. The sessions are suitable for all ages & abilities - from beginners to well-seasoned runners. Please note that the capacity for this group is 12 people to ensure that we can provide a session which is in a Covid19 secure environment. Strict social distancing measures are in place at all of our outdoor group sessions.
