About this run
Our Sunday morning run is led by Claire Henry who is an England Athletics qualified Leader in Running Fitness. The session involves a gentle jog warm-up and continues with a main 40-45 minute run at a gentle, conversational pace, finishing with a jog cool down and some stretches. The route varies each week to take in different terrain and scenery from the local area.
