RTW runners return for their next 8 week beginners "Zero to 30" jogging group on Sunday 6th October, 10am. Over the space of 8 weekly sessions group leader, Coach in Running Fitness & Personal Trainer, Joe Watts takes complete beginners from walking to jogging continuously by the end of the programme. Each session consists of a 5 minute walk to warm-up then a main session of 30 minutes of walking & jogging intervals and concludes with a 5 minute walk cool down.As the weeks progress, the walking intervals are reduced and the jogging intervals increased. Each session costs £2.50, however, a 10% discount is available when booking 2 or more sessions. Therefore, if you book on to all 8 sessions the cost will be just £18.
