About this run
RTW runners return for another one of their popular 8-week "Zero to 30" beginners running groups. We take complete beginners from walking to jogging continuously over the space of 8 weeks. Each session consists of a 5 minute walk to warm-up then a main session of 30 minutes, consisting of walking and jogging intervals and concludes with a 5 minute walk cool down. As the weeks progress, the walking intervals are reduced and the jogging intervals increased. Each session costs £2.50, however, a 10% discount is available when booking 2 or more sessions at a time.
