About this run
A session designed to improve your running fitness in a fun, social way, and a good complement to Monday's general run. Led by Claire Henry, each session will consist of a 5-10 minute warm up, a main session of 30-40 minutes to include some games and exercises to work on pace and strength plus a good cool down and stretch of 5-10 minutes. Coffee on the High Street afterwards is always an option!
