About this run
The return of our beginners plus running group, but in a virtual format! Each week the group will be provided with a main weekly session to complete at a time and day of their choice. The 40-minute session will include a 5 minute warm-up before a 30 minute interval session and will conclude with a 5 minute cool down. Each week the group will be provided with a coaching point to focus on during their session. At the end of the week the group will come together online via Zoom to chat with fellow group members, discuss how they got on and for an opportunity to pose questions to group leader and running coach Joe Watts.
