All RunTogether group sessions are cancelled throughout March, April & May 2020.

Our weekday evening "all abilities" sessions are tailored for the individuals who are attending and no one gets left behind with runners allocated into groups based on ability. The aim is to improve speed endurance and strength using a variety of tried and tested sessions including - intervals, fartlek (speed play), hills and parlauf (continuous relays) with active jog/walk recovery between efforts.

Throughout the year we provide a "Zero to 30" beginner group, which is suitable for those who have little or no experience of running or for people returning from injury/illness and who would like to gradually improve their fitness over time. We run these as a 10 week beginner plan which takes people from walking and gradually builds them up to jogging continuously for 30 minutes by the end of the plan. Please contact us for details of when our next group is due to commence.

On Sunday mornings in Southborough we provide two sessions:

- a social run of between 30-40 minutes which is suitable for runners of all abilities and the perfect step-up for those who have completed our beginners groups.

- a circuit style, running conditioning session which is designed to improve running form and promote injury prevention.

Also new from May 2020 – Running groups in Forest Row, East Sussex and Edenbridge, Kent

Please ensure to book yourself on to our sessions in advance as places are limited. Payment can be made in advance online or on the day in cash.
