NEW - virtual running groups and 1:1 outdoor running coaching commencing 25th May 2020!
Our virtual "all abilities" group is ideal for those who are already comfortable running for 30 minutes or longer. The aim of the weekly sessions is to improve speed endurance and strength using a variety of tried and tested running methods which include, intervals, fartlek (speed play) and hills with active jog/walk recovery between efforts.
Our virtual "Zero to 30" beginner group is suitable for those who have little or no experience of running, or for people returning from injury/illness and who would like to gradually improve their fitness over time. We run these as an 8 week beginner plan which takes people from walking and gradually builds them up to jogging continuously for 30 minutes by the end of the plan.
