About this run
Our next 10 week Couch to 5K type course begins on 9 January 2019. This is a progressive course suitable for absolute beginners (or for lapsed runners who want to get back into the sport) with the target of running (or run/walking) the Leicester Victoria parkrun in March 2019. The course is free of charge - but our expectation is that participants will commit to at least one self-directed "homework" session a week in addition to the group session.
