C25K - Week 10

A great session which was used for building stamina with the 5k run not far away now. It was also great due to the small number who have stayed with the 5k group for some of the 10k group to join us for our session.

We walked and trotted down to the corner of the junction of Dogford Road where Jarrod put the group through a set of warmup activities. The main session consisted of running for 12 minutes with a 5 minute walk break followed by another 12 minute run. To finish the session, a set of cool down activities were completed before making our way back to the cricket club.

There will be 2 more sessions before completing Parkrun at Alexandra Park on December 9th. Any C25K runners who haven't yet registered for Parkrun need to follow the link below.
