Run Fit Fordingbridge is all about womens running for fitness - from beginners to improvers
Perhaps you have already started running and would like to improve your fitness, speed, distance or run a little further? Would you like to improve your Parkrun time or just meet other women who are like you?
All our runs are designed to be encouraging and inclusive to all running abilities and you will get the support and you need whilst having the chance to chat and make new friends. Each run includes a warmup and cool down with stretches in addition to the main session. You can go at your own pace and no one is ever left at the back on their own.
