About this run
This group is suitable for you if can run comfortably for at least 40 minutes and would like to improve your running fitness, get a little quicker or just run in a small supportive group of like minded women and have a good chat along the way. The improvers group is our quickest group and you should expect to run around 6K during the run, however we always run as a group and no one will ever be left at the back on their own and we will never run at a pace that you should not be able to hold a conversation or that you are not able to do. Booking is essential as group numbers are small. Please check each session for the meeting point and time as they do change.
