About this run
These evening group runs are designed for women who can run continuously for at least 15 minutes and who can either run or walk/run 5k continuously whatever the pace. So if you would like to improve your fitness and/or run in a small supportive group of like minded women then these runs are for you. We always run as a group and no one will ever be left at the back on their own. As these are evening runs all runners will be required to wear appropriate clothing (with reflective elements) and their own lights. As a minimum this will be a head torch or a chest light. These runs will be run compliant with current government guidance and social distancing requirements. Please do not book a session if you are showing Covid-19 symptoms or if you or any of your household are self isolating and/or shielding you should stay at home. Booking is essential as numbers are restricted and session payment must be made electronically prior to run.
