About this run
Perhaps you haven't run for a while, are returning from injury or have just started running and would like to try running in a supportive small group environment? This is a run/walk group which will involve a mixture of running and walking - all based on your own speed and abilities. You don't have to be fast or feel pressured to run more than you feel but you will be given lots of encouragement along the way. There will be a warm up before the run and cool down at the end of the session which will be led by an experienced England Athletics run leader. These runs will be run compliant with current government guidance and social distancing requirements. Please do not book a session if you are showing Covid-19 symptoms or if you or any of your household are self isolating and/or shielding. Pre booking is essential as numbers are restricted. If you have booked an evening run then you will need a head or chest torch and some reflective elements on your clothing as a minimum to run.
