About this run
This group is perfect for you if you have just started running and can run continuously for 3 minutes, haven't run for a while or if you are returning from injury. This is a supportive and social run/walk group which will involve a mixture of running and walking - all based on your own speed and abilities. You don't have to be fast or feel pressured to run more than you feel but you will be given lots of encouragement along the way. There will be a warm up before the run and cool down at the end of the session and run/ walk around 3k-4k during the session. Pre booking is essential as group numbers are kept small. As well as paying for runs individually you also have the option to pre pay for runs each month for a discounted price.
