About this run
These weekly runs are designed for women who can run comfortably for at least 30 minutes but would like to improve their fitness, get a little quicker and/or run in a small supportive group of like minded women then these weekly runs are for you. We always run as a group and no one will ever be left at the back on their own. These runs will be run compliant with current government guidance and social distancing requirements. Please do not book a session if you are showing Covid-19 symptoms or if you or any of your household are self isolating and/or shielding. You should stay at home. Booking is essential as numbers are restricted and session payment must be made electronically prior to run. Please check each session for the meeting point.
