About this run
This group is perfect for you if you have just started running, haven't run for a while or if you are returning from injury. This is a supportive run/walk group which will involve a mixture of running and walking - all based on your own speed and abilities. You don't have to be fast or feel pressured to run more than you feel but you will be given lots of encouragement along the way. There will be a warm up before the run and cool down at the end of the session which will be led by an experienced England Athletics run leader. These runs will be run compliant with Government COVID guidance. Pre booking is essential as group numbers are kept small.
