About this run
These group runs are suitable for you if you can run continuously for at least 25 minutes and can run or walk/run 5k continuously whatever the pace. So if you would like to improve your fitness, get a little quicker and/or run in a small supportive group of like minded women then these runs are for you. We always run as a group and no one will ever be left at the back on their own. Booking is essential as numbers are group numbers are kept small. Please check the meeting point on your booked session as they do vary between runs.
