About this run

The course lasts 10 weeks, it starts at 9.30am and last for an hour. The first session will involve a 1km time trial. It would be really useful if you have a watch or phone you can time yourself on. We will repeat the time trial at the end of the course to see if you have improved your speed. Each week I will let you know via the facebook group where we are meeting as we will be alternating speedwork and hills so will need different terrain each week.
