About this run

If you can already jog 5K and want some company whilst picking up some tips along the way then this is the perfect group for you to join. Each week we will run around 5km and occasionally mix things up with varying speed work or hills practice. Each session is planned with a warm up, pre-planned route and a cool down so you can simply turn up. Try one or two sessions or book as many as you want in advance. Places are limited.
