A short and fun interval session that will blow away the winter blues. The emphasis is on getting your heart rate up and running a bit faster in short manageable bursts. After thoroughly warming up at a conversational pace, we will focus on running several 2-3 minutes at effort with 2 minutes of recovery in between. The interval part of the session is run as individuals. We will turn back half way through to help re-group so no one is left behind. The session will end with a cool down.
