Each session lasts around 30 minutes and is designed to support and motivate you to achieve your goal of running 5k. You should also aim to repeat them once or twice a week by yourself. Minimum age is 14 as long as a known adult is with you. No dogs or pushchairs please. We will be running on footpaths and across roads, so please wear bright or visible clothing for your own safety.
