About this run

A group for new or returning runners who want to achieve the 5km milestone. This course will run for 10 weeks with the final goal of completing Lyme Park parkrun. Sessions will include a gradual introduction to running with the first few weeks focusing on games and drills to improve form and stamina. The latter weeks will be route based involving walk/run intervals. The sessions are open to all and will be a fun introduction to the world of running!
