About this run

Very friendly 'get into running' group for complete beginners. We'll take you through the Couch To 5k programme. You can join as a complete beginner up to 1st February. After that, only book if you can already run continuously for 10mins. The only thing you need is a high vis top (can't run with us without it, so sorry).
