This run is part of a course, the aim to progressively increase strength and endurance fitness. Over 9 coached weeks become a beginner to able to run 5K. The session will comprise of warm up, warm down and running and walking main session. Please wear appropriate clothing to run short distances from the first session. Consider if you need hydration during the session as there no faculties, and use sun cream in sunny conditions. There are no toilet facilities in the park.
