Run4Life Bristols - Trail Blaiser Social kicks off with a series of Road running around the Kings Weston, Sea Mills, Westbury on Trym, Stoke Bishop, Lawrence Cross, Bentry, Southmead areas. Tuesday evening runs usually commencing at 7.15 pm. Details of actual meeting place will be posted on the Sunday prior. Mixed ability - varied terrain aimed at improvers or returning to running participant.
