About this run

Fun and varied interval sessions for runners of all abilities wanting to improve their running form, run stronger and faster. This 60 minute session includes full warm-up with focus on technique, running drills, timed intervals and recoveries, full cooldown and stretch. 5 runners maximum to allow for social distancing. Please note that due to the small number of runners I take in each session and the credit card fees incurred with online payments, amendments cannot be made once a booking has been made and I can only offer a refund if I have to cancel a session.
