About this run
60 minutes featuring a dynamic warm-up, running form exercises and running drills, timed efforts on the track with recoveries to help you improve your speed, strength and endurance. We finish with a cool-down and stretching. Variations each week. This is suitable for runners of all abilities, especially anyone looking to get faster, run stronger and improve their running form. Please note that due to the small number of runners I take in each session and the credit card fees incurred with online payments, amendments cannot be made once a booking has been made and I can only offer a refund if for any reason I have to cancel a session.
