"I personally discovered running as a great way to create and sustain positivity in my life.
After setting up a month-long 'positive-a-thon' charity running challenge in 2015, which attracted over 50 runners to join in, I willfully encouraged, aided and abetted the establishment of Run Redbourn!
I trained as a run leader during pregnancy, and therefore currently have a particular interest in buggy running. I am passionate about support people who are returning or new to running.
I find that running as a 'tribe' touches a part of the soul we often unintentionally neglect in our busy lives. And a good old natter can put us back in a positive orbit.
I look forward to running with you soon! "
