I started my running career in September 2012 and have never looked back! I run all distances from 5K to Marathon. I prefer tarmac to XC, but tackle the odd trail now and again. Running most days of the week, mixing short runs with hill reps or speed work, with a long run as well. I race competitively at all distances, my favourite distances are 10 miles and half marathon. EA Leader in Run Fitness, qualifying in 2014. I love to help runners achieve their goals and will share my tips and experience to help you along.
