Paul Dennison

I returned to running 9 years ago and started out with mainly 5 & 10K's, and have enjoyed parkrun and I have run the Herts 10K every year since 2012. I soon realised that half marathons were achievable, and my biggest achievement was running the London marathon in 2017. Marathon training was hard but also rewarding and I found it great to have a training partner too. In 2018 I found out I have arthritis in my knee and still am able to run and enjoy being able to, I'm having to learn how to adjust my life and have found biking and running go well together. I qualified as a run leader in July 2018 becoming a run leader is going to help me help you get the most out of your running journey.
