I always used to enjoy running with a group of friends a long time ago when I was at University, but since then life got pretty busy and running faded away.
I joined a 0-5km beginnner group with RunRedbourn in September 2016 and caught the bug again! I really enjoyed running with the group. It was great fun and I could see my fitness improving each week.
After the 10 week course was complete I wanted to find a way to make sure I kept up with running this time. Becoming a run leader means that I can share my enthusiasm for running with other like minded people and it also means that I have to turn up every Sunday morning!
