I qualified as a Run Leader in 2016 and I am also a qualified Guide Runner for blind/ partially sighted runners. I have heard all the excuses about not running - wrong body shape, too tall, too short, day ending in y etc - as that was me! I came to running in my later years and now love it!
I joined a Run Club and from initially nearly dying on the warm up I now lead the sessions in the absence of the Run Coach. I regularly take part in 10k races and also swim and spin weekly. My 0-5k sessions are designed to improve pace and stamina but have fun too!
