In October 2016 I completed the 0 -5 k course with Run Redbourn and to my amazement started to love running.
Through running I have seen my fitness improve and made some really good friends. I now regularly run at least 3 times a week and am currently training for a half marathon.
I have become a run leader to help others enjoy running and see them progress.
