Ruth Upjohn

I took up running over 15 years ago when I got a place for the London Marathon. Since then, I have never really stopped running! I have loved doing events in the past (any distance but prefer longer distances), and now run for fitness, socials and to de -stress! I still like to do the occasional race for fun and my goal is do 4 half marathons in for each season! In September 2016, I became a run leader for RunRedbourn.
