I've completed a marathon, two half ironman triathlons, 5 half marathon races, over 100 parkruns, and cycled from London to Edinburgh in 5 days.
I came to running via triathlon, so I do a bit of cycling, mountain biking and swimming as well. A lot of my personal focus is on endurance, conserving energy and recovery. My last big running achievement was to complete the Brighton Marathon in April 2017.
For Run Redbourn, I lead the monthly trail runs, I support the other run leaders when I can and I aim to provide different, one off runs that are interesting and take people out into the countryside.
