Please join us on a Tuesday evening at 730pm to run 5k or 10k. This run is suitable for those who are comfortable with the distance chosen. We welcome all paces and runners are expected to loop back if faster than other runners or be happy to run at the pace of the slowest runner. This is a friendly group run rather than one designed to be at a particular speed. If you wish to run further, please discuss with the run leader beforehand.
