Tuesday group run offers a variety of running activities to make the athlete a stronger and more economical runner. This may include speed work , hills , endurance and strength and conditioning as a chosen session. Whatever your goals, come along and enjoy the social element and tips on how to run a little easier. The sessions are designed to keep the group together whatever level of ability exists within the group - we never leave an athlete behind!
