Ann Carpenter

Leader in running fitness, started running in 2000. Have ran 5k, 5miles, 10k, half marathons and Marathons. Love to run as I feel it is so important not only for my body but also for my soul. I would like to pass on my joy of running onto other people and to help and encourage them to achieve their own personal goal. I have been a Popmobility/ Aerobic teacher in my pass and also taught Aqua Splash. I enjoy working out at the gym and love to walk in the countryside and by the sea.
