About our group
Whether you want to simply get off the couch and get active, develop your running further or aim that race you've always dreamt of doing, Run Your Marks Run Coaching is here to help you realise your personal goals.
Led by a qualified UK Athletics Running Coach, our structured sessions help you develop your running confidence, and in our group runs and individual packages there is an option for people of any ability.
Our Couch to 5km group runs have a strong emphasis on community, so you'll find lots of support from not just your coach but your fellow runners, too!
