About this run

Running Fit is for anyone who can comfortably run for 30 minutes or more, no matter how fast you are. We make sure no one is left behind! Each session starts off with a warm up and fitness drills designed to help you become a better runner before we head out for a run around Waddesdon. There will be opportunities for anyone who wants to challenge themselves to do so but also plenty of opportunities to chat on the run. This is a group for runners of all levels, and is suitable for anyone who has just finished a couch to 5k course to those who are more experienced. If you have a headtorch please bring it with you and wear reflective clothes if possible
