About this run
The 5k Get Better run is for you if you can already run 5k (even if you think you might be quite slow!) but want to challenge yourself to get better in a fun, friendly and supportive group. As well as running to improve your fitness and 5k times, the group will develop your running by showing you some running specific exercises. The group is ideal if you run 5k in between 25 to 40 minutes.
